Itinerary

DAY 1:
02:15 PM: Catch the ferry from Gateway of India on your own.

Note: Ferry's names are PNP and M2M, which will drop that Mandwa jetty. From Mandwa jetty a bus will take you to Alibaug (bus fare is included in your ferry ticket). From Alibaug you can catch a rickshaw directly to the campsite.

04:30 PM: Check-in at a campsite with your loved-ones Walk around the vicinity and explore the location
05:00 PM: Enjoy and fall in love with the beauty of Beach Camping as you check-in. Grab your welcome drinks as you arrive. You will be provided with 1-litre purified water. Freshen up and have Evening snacks with hot Tea/Coffee.
06:00 PM: Settle down and enjoy the sun setting from the Beachside Camp. The place is all time stylish for nature photography. You may enjoy indoor games similar to carom, badminton, volleyball, or bone can just relax and decompress on hammocks until evening.
07:30 PM: It’s time to move and groove to the beats of the DJ.
08:00 PM: Enjoy the Barbeque (Veg/Non-veg/Jain).
10:00 PM: Enjoy Unlimited Delicious dinner (Veg/Non-Veg/Jain) will be served prepared with traditional Indian cooking style.
11:00 PM: And eventually, sit around a warm bonfire with a stupendous live aural session by the sand! And this experience will be locked ever accompanied by loads of fantastic recollections!
11:30 PM: Settle down for the iconic movie screening under the sky and stars.
End the day nearby a beach under the open sky & Enjoy sleeping in tents. (Foam mattress, blanket, and pillow will be provided)

DAY 2:

06:30 AM: Wake up, Get Freshen up and take a walk around the campsite with the morning breeze moving around.
08:30 AM: Enjoy a healthy morning breakfast. Spend your quality time at Beachside.
09:00 AM: TO 01:00 PM: Holi Eevent Starts Dance, DJ Music, Eco Friendly Colors, Thandai, Water Balloon.
01:30 PM: Enjoy your Delicious Lunch.
02:00 PM: Checkout From Campsite With Lovely Memories.

How To Reach:

For people traveling via their private vehicle, a GPS Location will be shared after booking confirmation. This can be used to navigate to the campsite.
From Mumbai - Take a jetty ferry from Gateway of India to Mandwa, with a connected bus journey to Alibaug. Take local auto transportation from Alibaug to Rawas Beach
From Pune - Take State Transportation Buses from Swarget/Shivajinagar/ Vallabh Nagar to Alibaug ST Stand. Take local auto transportation from Alibaug to Rawas Beach

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior.
No show No Refund.
Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
If we cancel the Camp, only the Camping Amount along with GST will be refunded.

Trekhievers Policy:

We strictly follow no drugs and no litter policy.
Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
A complete schedule of the trek will be given to the registered participants 12 Hours prior on WhatsApp.
Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case of any unavoidable circumstance.
The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.
