You also have the option of reaching Manali by car, but the road can get slightly precarious, and the journey a bit long, though picturesque.

- Start the journey from Delhi to Manali.
- Reach in the Morning and Freshen Up.
- Have Breakfast and Drive to Gulaba and Relax Your self for hour.
- Start the trek from Gulaba to Rola Kholi. The trek is about 7-8 km and takes 4-5 hours.
- Reach at Rola Kholi, Set up camp, and have lunch.
- Explore the area, have dinner, and overnight stay in tents.
- Have an early breakfast and start the trek to Bhrigu Lake. The trek is about 5-6 km one way and takes 3-4 hours to reach the lake.
- Reach lake Point and Spend time at Bhrigu Lake, Enjoy the stunning views, and have lunch and Relax.
- After that We Start Our return Trek Back to Rola Kholi, The trek time will 3-4 hours max
- Reach at Rola Kholi and Get Freshen Up and have dinner, and overnight stay in tents.
- Have Breakfast and trek back to Gulaba. It takes around 3-4 hours.
- Reach in Gulaba and drive back to Manali. We Reach in Afternoon in manali,
- Reach Manali, Have Lunch(at Your Own) And explore Mall Road and visit local attractions.
- Evening We Start our Return Overnight Journey To Delhi 7:30 PM

- Before starting the trek, calculate your BMI (Ideal BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9)
- Health and Safety checks mentioned below should be made before getting prepared for the trek
- A balanced mind and body is the first thing that should be given importance before taking off because this is what will bring out the best of you in every condition.
- Your body should be fit enough to cover the entire trek with the backpacks on your back along with your body weight. That is why proper stamina and strength are needed. Also because trekking is done in uneven multi terrains and not on smooth paths. So in order to gain leg strength, perform simple squats.
- Flexibility is very important when it comes to trekking. Good flexibility will be an advantage while walking on trails, climbing and river crossing, etc. Attain flexibility by simply stretching or doing yoga.
- As the Himalayan treks are basically ascending and descending the slopes, you will need a proper transmission of Oxygen from the lungs and heart to the body muscles. For this, trekkers should have good cardiovascular endurance that can be gained by doing cardio exercises like running, swimming, cycling, etc.
